What is MYMOVES

Two disciplines – One training concept

MYMOVES stands for “Martial Arts Yoga Moves” – a very unique on-beat training that was never there before. Dynamic martial arts movements and therapeutic yoga alignment merge into a very functional workout concept. You will move through the 3 phases mobility, endurance and elasticity.

Mobility

Warm up fluently and create more range of motion in your whole body.

Endurance

Heat up your body and leave your comfort zone with explosive movements.

Elasticity

Calm it all down and and take time to breath.
